PEPPER PIKE DESIGN AND BUILD INFORMATION

Architectural Board

Any project that affects the exterior of a home in Pepper Pike has to be approved by the architectural review board.  At a minimum a set of drawings are required to lay out the extent of the project.

Building & Zoning
